Common Issues & Solutions

App not loading or crashes on startup

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure your device software is up to date and you have a stable internet connection.

Cannot create an account

Ensure you have a valid email address and a stable internet connection. Check that you've entered all required information correctly.

3D body model not responding to touch

Ensure you're tapping directly on the body area you want to select. Try rotating the model to get a better angle. If issues persist, restart the app.

Questionnaire won't submit

Check that all required questions are answered. Ensure you have an active internet connection. Try saving your progress and refreshing the app.

Results not appearing after questionnaire

Results require a stable internet connection as they are processed by our AI system. Wait a few moments for the analysis to complete. If results don't appear, check your connection and try again.

Account Management

Download Your Data

You can download all your personal data from the app. Go to Settings → Account → Download Data.

Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is removed within 30 days.
